What is On Novar
The world is moving fast, and young voices must move with it — shaping the policies and dialogues that determine their present and future. At Novar, we are building the spaces where youth can step in, be heard, and make a tangible impact. While our events are still in the planning stage, they are envisioned as laboratories of ideas, incubators of policy solutions, and stages for meaningful conversation.
Novar is currently in the stage of formation, led by our Founder & Executive Director alongside a small Advisory Board. We are focused on creating our structure, expanding our network, and preparing the programs and initiatives that will allow young people to connect with peers, experts, and decision-makers.
The events planned for the future will reflect our core belief: that dialogue is our method, diplomacy is our language, and policy is the outcome. They are designed to inspire, equip, and empower youth to claim their seat at the table and transform ideas into action once Novar’s foundational team and programs are fully established.
Upcoming Events and Programmes
Novar is always in motion, creating spaces for young people to engage, influence, and turn dialogue into action. The events listed here are currently in the planning stage. Details, including dates, formats, and application links, will be announced here as soon as everything is finalized.

1. Global Policy Assembly on Youth Unemployment 2026 - UK
We are developing our inaugural flagship event: a Global Youth Policy Assembly focused on building pathways out of youth unemployment in the age of AI.
This will not be a traditional conference. It is designed as a structured, youth-led deliberative process that brings together 60-80 young people from over 15 countries. Together, they will tackle the central question: "How can we build economies that provide every young person with access to dignified work, resilient skills, and a meaningful stake in the future?"
The Assembly follows our "A Say and A Seat" methodology. Participants will first gain knowledge ("A Say") about global labor markets and AI's impact, then use that foundation to co-create "The Youth Action Plan for Fair Futures," a tangible set of principles and proposals for policymakers, educators, and business leaders.
This Assembly aims to establish a proven, replicable model for turning youth dialogue into substantive policy input.
Event's Theme
We are convening a global dialogue to tackle youth unemployment, a crisis intensified by Artificial Intelligence (AI). This Assembly brings together young people to move from discussion to action.
The core question we address: How can we build economies that provide every young person with dignified work, resilient skills, and a meaningful stake in the future?
Date and Venue
2026 (Exact date to be confirmed)
We are currently in the advanced planning and partnership development phase for this initiative. The timing and format will be confirmed once key collaborations are secured.

Novar Focus: Under Novar Afghanistan Initiative
2. Afghan Youth Diaspora Forum 2026- UK
The Afghan Youth Diaspora Forum 2026 emerges from the belief that even in times of political paralysis, dialogue remains diplomacy’s most powerful instrument. Afghanistan may no longer be in open conflict, but the silencing of its women, the exile of its youth, and the suppression of civic voices mark a crisis of participation that demands international attention.
This Afghan Youth Diaspora Forum 2026 aims to connect Afghan youth across the UK with policymakers, diplomats, academics, and practitioners working on Afghanistan-related issues. Together, we will explore how the diaspora can play a constructive role in shaping narratives, influencing policies, and supporting the people of Afghanistan through inclusive, youth-led initiatives.
Event's Theme
Through panels, interactive sessions, and youth-led discussions, this forum seeks to turn conversations into collaboration — strengthening ties between Afghan youth abroad and key actors in the UK who remain committed to Afghanistan’s social and developmental future.
Note:
Participation is open to Afghan youth and diaspora members residing in the UK, as well as UK-based professionals, researchers, and policymakers engaged in Afghan affairs or interested in youth inclusion and dialogue initiatives.
Date and Venue
To be confirmed — the event is currently under planning. Official dates, venue, and registration details will be announced here once finalized.
