Insights will host articles, reflections, and stories that explore how young people everywhere are shaping diplomacy in their own ways, through action, thought, and collaboration. It is where we gather the collective mind of a generation determined to have a seat and a say in the decisions shaping our world.

 

Introducing The Seat and The Say Series

A social media and storytelling series by Novar

 

The Seat and The Say is our first global storytelling series, dedicated to amplifying the voices of young leaders and changemakers across the world. It is built on a simple belief: dialogue is our method, diplomacy is our language, and policy is our objective.

Diplomacy does not only happen in summits or assemblies, it begins in everyday life, in classrooms, communities, and social movements, wherever young people raise their voices or take action to shape the rules that define how we live. Through The Seat and The Say, we share short reflections and moments of influence; times when young people have spoken up, acted, or led change, whether that impact was personal or collective. Each story reminds us that youth diplomacy is not an abstract idea but a lived experience, and that policy begins with participation.

We publish these reflections on our social media channels to create a living archive of young diplomacy in action, a gallery of courage, curiosity, and conviction.
