Photographer & Media Contributor

Location: UK-based (flexible within major cities)

About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative and passionate photographer to visually document Novar’s activities, events, and campaigns. Your work will help tell the story of our mission — from capturing moments at youth events and conferences to creating striking imagery for our online platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Photograph events, gatherings, and interviews (in-person or hybrid)

  • Collaborate with the Communications team to produce visual content for campaigns

  • Edit and deliver high-quality images for digital and print use

  • Occasionally support video content and short clips for social media

  • Draft policy briefs and summary papers
