Novar Network is a youth-led initiative dedicated to connecting young people, experts, and decision-makers through dialogue, research, and collaboration. We aim to empower the next generation of changemakers to not just participate in shaping policies, but to help define them.
At this stage, Novar is still in the process of formation. The organisation is currently led by our Founder & Executive Director, supported by a small Advisory Board. We are carefully building our structure, expanding our network, and preparing to gradually recruit volunteers and members who will help bring our vision to life.

About Novar Network
Novar Network is an emerging youth-focused organisation working in global policy and diplomacy. We are currently in our early stages, building a small but dedicated leadership team alongside an advisory board made up of experts and young professionals. Our mission is to create meaningful opportunities for young people to engage in international policy discussions, participate in research, and contribute to strategic initiatives across borders.
Role Overview
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Director and help coordinate activities across the leadership team and advisory board. This role is central to keeping the organisation running smoothly during this formative phase. It is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and excited about playing a hands-on role in the development of a growing international initiative.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage email communication, correspondence, and follow-ups
• Schedule meetings, interviews, and internal planning sessions
• Coordinate activities involving the leadership team and advisory board
• Maintain calendars, reminders, and task tracking
• Assist with preparation of documents, briefs, and meeting notes
• Support administrative systems as the organisation expands
• Help ensure smooth day-to-day operations for the Director
What We’re Looking For
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication
• Reliability, discretion, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while staying coordinated with the team
• Interest in youth policy, diplomacy, non-profit work, or global affairs is an advantage
• Preferably based in the UK or Europe, though international applicants are also welcome

Communications & Outreach Associate (Volunteer)
Job Title: Communications and Outreach Associate (Volunteer)

Role Description
We are looking for a Volunteer Communications and Outreach Associate to support The Seat and The Say — Novar’s storytelling series that highlights young changemakers shaping diplomacy through their voices and actions.
In this role, you will help reach out to young leaders across the world, invite them to share their stories, and help curate reflections for publication on Novar’s social media channels.
You’ll be part of the small team that keeps this project alive — collecting voices, communicating our message, and ensuring every submission reflects Novar’s mission of dialogue, diplomacy, and policy.
This is a short-term role designed to help build and expand the early phase of The Seat and The Say series.
What you will be doing
- Reach out to youth leaders, community organisers, and changemakers through email and social media.
- Invite and guide them to submit reflections and stories for The Seat and The Say.
- Review and shortlist submissions to ensure they fit the project’s tone and focus.
- Communicate with contributors, answer their questions, and help finalise their pieces for social media.
- Keep a simple tracker of outreach progress and submissions received.
- Help prepare short captions or introductions for selected stories to be published online.
- Occasionally support visual and content coordination with the communications team.
What We Are Looking For
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Comfortable reaching out to people and representing Novar’s message clearly.
- Organised, proactive, and good at managing responses and follow-ups.
- A genuine interest in youth dialogue, diplomacy, and storytelling.
- Able to commit 5–8 hours a week for a period of 2-3 Months.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, and email-based outreach is useful but not essential.

You’ll help turn stories and ideas into visual experiences — creating clean, elegant, and meaningful designs for social media and the web. From story templates to campaign visuals, your work will shape how Novar looks and feels online.
This is a short-term role focused on building and maintaining the visual identity of The Seat and The Say series, with the possibility of supporting other design needs across Novar when required.
What You Will Be Doing

Prepare layouts and visuals that align with Novar’s brand style and tone.
