The policies that shape our lives today are increasingly global in impact: what happens in one country ripples through economies, borders, and ecosystems. Yet, youth participation in diplomacy and policymaking remains uneven, fragmented, and underrepresented.
Novar Global was founded to change that. We believe that diplomacy must be reimagined as an inclusive, participatory, and youth-driven practice — one that listens as much as it leads. Our mission is to ensure that young people from every background and discipline have a seat and a say in shaping the policies that define their world.

What We Do
At Novar Global, we design and deliver programs that bring young people, experts, and decision-makers together to engage in informed, respectful, and actionable dialogue. Our work spans three pillars that reflect our manifesto:
1. Global Dialogue & Diplomacy Forums
We organize international summits, policy dialogues, and thematic conferences addressing issues such as peace-building, climate governance, education reform, digital diplomacy, and global inequality. These forums create direct opportunities for youth to engage with diplomats, academics, and policymakers — not as observers, but as contributors.
2. Policy Labs & Insight Series
Through our Novar Policy Labs, we create collaborative environments where participants co-design solutions to pressing policy challenges. Complementing this, the Novar Global Insight Series captures and publishes key findings, recommendations, and reflections from our events — transforming dialogue into tangible outcomes.
3. Research, Education & Skill Development
We equip young people with the knowledge and tools to navigate global policy and diplomacy. This includes workshops, masterclasses, and mentorship programs on topics such as negotiation, international relations, and public policy design. By fostering intellectual and practical growth, we prepare youth to participate effectively in global governance spaces.
4. Advocacy & Institutional Partnerships
Novar works alongside governments, universities, and international organizations to strengthen youth representation in decision-making structures. Our advocacy emphasizes that youth participation is not charity — it is democratic necessity.
5. Cultural Exchange & Collaborative Networks
We promote cross-cultural collaboration by connecting youth networks across continents. Whether through digital dialogues, cultural diplomacy initiatives, or joint academic projects, we aim to bridge perspectives and foster global solidarity rooted in empathy and mutual understanding.
